TIGER for Stratified Sampling

The program reads data file created by TIGER for Woodlands and Compartments and combines them to estimate average volume and value per acre and for the entire woodlot, assuming that the data files represent a stratified random sample. It accepts data files for up to 15 compartments. It will simulate a number of types of thins and simulate the growth of the compartments 20 years for the thinned and unthinned compartments. It will some economic analyses of the results.
